MYCHART APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

You are now able to schedule an appointment with your Primary Care Physician using MyChart. To do so, click the Visits icon at the top of the screen and click Schedule an Appointment. From there, please select your physician and the dates and time you’d like to be seen. When scheduling an appointment, you will be asked to provide a reason for your visit and will also have the option of choosing an in-office, video or phone appointment as appropriate. Your doctor’s office will review the appointment and may reach out to you to gather more information.
